In this project, we had to analyse the youth electronics market to conclude on recommendations. This was done by defining profiles, studying the products performances, the competitors performances and the price evolutions
digital marketing Project
In this project, we had to benchmark multiple competitor websites, try find their strong and weak points in diferent sectors : picture quality, graphism quality, website arborescence, web design and digital sobriety. This analyse helped us give recommendations to our partner in their journey to optimise their website.
client relationship Project
In this project, we had to develop a relational action plan, this included multiple personas, the client purchasing journey with all the potentiel contact points which went from email campaigns to visual ads to in shop assistance.
Management Project
In this project, in a team of 4, we had to face 39 other teams of the region doing other school courses. We had to insure supply and production management, come up with a sales pitch, manage customer satisfaction and HR, create Graphics (logo), and generaly manage a fictive company for the game.
Sales Project
In this project, along with multiple others we have done it the last 2 years, we had to “act” as if we work for a company as a sales representative going to see a prospect to try convince them to buy from us. This includes making contact, introducing the company, learning more about our client’s needs, convincing him to work with us. We also had multiple selling aid tools like businesss cards, we also had a objection sheet, samples and quotes.
